Study Plan

Important Information

Please read carefully before submitting your study plan:

  • The Study Plan is mandatory for all students.
  • It must be submitted during the 1st year, from October to 20 December, before the winter exam session.
  • Late or transfer students can submit it after this period by contacting the Didactic Office.
  • The Master’s program is divided into different blocks based on your Bachelor’s degree.

👉 First step: identify your correct curriculum or block.
If you are unsure, contact the coordinator and attach your transcript.

  • Part-time students with 3-4 years of study career (or job students with part-time enrollment) have a different study plan. → Contact the Management Office.

How to Submit Your Study Plan

Follow these steps:

1. Download the correct form

Download one of the study plan files for your block (A, B, C1, C2, D, or E).

2. Rename the file

Use the suggested file name and write your SURNAME in capital letters.

3. Fill in the form

Complete the form using Adobe Acrobat only. 

  • Do not use other programs
  • Do not overwrite the fields
  • The form already contains editable fields

Course Selection Rules

  • Some study plans require you to choose optional courses:
    • Block A → no optional courses
    • Blocks B, C1–C2, D, E → you must select optional courses

Credits Requirements

  • Total credits must be 120
  • Exception:
    • Blocks B and C2 → up to 123 credits

Signature

  • The study plan must be signed
  • ⚠️ Do not lock the file after signing; otherwise, it cannot be approved
