Study Plan

Important Information

Please read carefully before submitting your study plan:

  • The Study Plan is mandatory for all students.
  • It must be submitted during the 1st year, from October to December, before the winter exam session.
  • Late or transfer students can submit it after this period by contacting the Didactic Office.
  • The Master’s program is divided into different blocks based on your Bachelor’s degree.

👉 First step: identify your correct curriculum or block.
If you are unsure, contact the coordinator and attach your transcript.

  • Part-time students with 3-4 years of study career (or job students with part-time enrollment) have a different study plan. → Contact the Management Office.

How to Submit Your Study Plan

Follow these steps:

1. Download the form

For the 2026/2027 academic year, a single study plan form is available for all curricula/blocks (A, B, C, D, and E).

Download the A–B–C–D–E study plan form. You only need to:

  • Select your curriculum/block;
  • Select your elective courses, where applicable.

Block A does not include elective course choices.

2. Rename the file

Use the suggested filename, write your SURNAME in block capitals, and leave only the letter of your block.

3. Fill in the form

Complete the form using Adobe Acrobat only. 

  • Do not use other programs
  • Do not overwrite the fields
  • The form already contains editable fields

Courses to Be Selected

  • Block A → no course selection is required
  • Blocks B, C1–C2, D, E → you must select the required courses

Credits Requirements

  • Total credits must be 120
  • Exception:
    • Blocks B and C2 → up to 123 credits

Signature

  • The study plan must be signed
  • ⚠️ Please do not lock the file after signing or make it read-only, as it will not be possible to approve it.
