Step 3 – Documents for the Student Secretariat of Macroarea Engineering (Delphi)

Send the following documents to: segreteria-studenti@ing.uniroma2.it

Required documents 🔵

25 days before graduation

• Signed Degree Application
• Copy of a valid ID document

20 days before graduation

• Final thesis title  “Dichiarazione di assegnazione Tesi di Laurea/Lavoro finale” approved by the supervisor

5 days before graduation

• Upload the final thesis file (PDF) through the university thesis submission system.

Step 4 – Documents for the Didactic Office of Mechatronics Engineering

Send the following documents to: ranieri@ing.uniroma2.it

Required documents 🔴

• Thesis Assignment form (FORM1 – Thesis assignment) (3–4 months before graduation)
• Formative Activities form (FORM2 -Training Certificate) (20 days before) signed by the supervisor (more info)
• FORM3 – Database information: (FORM-DB-20XX_Thesis-MECHA-SURNAME-ID.pdf) (10 days before)
• Thesis presentation slides (PDF) (rename the file Thesis_SURNAME-Name)

Please “rename” each file with SURNAME-Name-ID matricola

The Formative Activities (3 CFU) correspond to approximately 75 hours of work dedicated to preparing the thesis and the final presentation.
