25 days before graduation

• Signed Degree Application
• Copy of a valid ID document

20 days before graduation

• Final thesis title  “Dichiarazione di assegnazione Tesi di Laurea/Lavoro finale” approved by the supervisor

5 days before graduation

• Upload the final thesis file (PDF) through the university thesis submission system.

Step 4 – Documents for the Didactic Office of Mechatronics Engineering

Send the following documents to: ranieri@ing.uniroma2.it

Required documents 🔴

• Thesis Assignment form (FORM1 – Thesis assignment) (3–4 months before graduation)
• Formative Activities form*  – FORM 2 – INTERNSHIP AND FORMATIVE ACTIVITIES CERTIFICATION (6 CREDITS) (25 days before) signed by the supervisor (more info)
• FORM3 – Database information: (FORM-DB-20XX_Thesis-MECHA-SURNAME-ID.pdf) (10 days before)
• Thesis presentation slides (PDF) (rename the file Thesis_SURNAME-Name)

Please “rename” each file with SURNAME-Name-ID matricola

The Formative Activities (6 CFU) correspond to approximately 75 hours of work dedicated to preparing the thesis and the final presentation.

⚠️ Credit Registration: Internship and/or formative activity credits are not registered immediately after the activity is completed. They will be recorded only after the graduation application has been submitted, for the total number of CREDITS provided in the student’s Study Plan.
