Payment Method All payments must be made through the PagoPA system.
Validation (Critical) You must validate the application on Delphi (Point 1.b) or it will not be considered.

Fiscal Code Use your personal 16-character Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale). Do not use the University’s code.

Warning: Validation is the final step of the application. If you pay but do not return to the portal to “validate,” your application remains invisible to the Admission Board.

🛂 Visa Application Procedure

Step Details
🌍 Pre-enrolment Non-EU students residing abroad must complete pre-enrolment on the Universitaly platform by 31 July 2026.
Required documents (see Article 7) must be uploaded during the application.
🏫 University Validation The university will review and validate the pre-enrolment application before proceeding to the next step.
🏛️ Embassy / Consulate After validation, applicants must contact the relevant diplomatic-consular representation and submit the required documents within the deadlines set by the Ministry (MUR):

🛂 Visa Issuance The study visa is issued exclusively by the competent diplomatic and consular authorities.
🎓 Final Enrolment Enrolment in the degree programme is completed only after obtaining the visa and verifying the authenticity of all submitted documents and requirements.
