📄 Acceptance Letter — UNIVERSITY OF ROME TOR VERGATA

To download the Acceptance Letter:

  1. Visit https://delphi.uniroma2.it/totem/jsp/index.jsp?language=EN
  2. Click on “Student Section”
  3. Select 1) “Application to programmes taught in English”
  4. Then choose b) “You have already filled out an application”
  5. Enter your Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale) and CTRL code (received at the end of the application procedure)
  6. Click on “Download the Acceptance Letter”

đź§ľ CIMEA Procedures

Question:

Is it enough to confirm the bachelor’s degree and its transcripts to complete my enrollment in CIMEA?

Answer:
A bachelor’s degree should be enough, yet you may want to address your queries directly to UNIVERSITALY through the contacts reported on their website.


🪪 SoC – Statement of Comparability (CIMEA)

Question:

I have been admitted. Can I provide the CIMEA Statement of Comparability during enrollment?

Answer:

  • The CIMEA SoC is mandatory for pre-enrollment purposes.
  • The pre-enrollment at UNIVERSITALY will not be approved until the passport, admission letter, and SoC are uploaded.
  • All pre-enrollment applications on Universitaly will be processed based on the submission date (or date of editing).
  • If your pre-enrollment is incomplete or any additional documents are required, you will be notified and allowed to edit your application.

📚 AFTER RECEIVING THE ACCEPTANCE LETTER

To complete your enrollment, you must provide:

📝 PRE-ENROLLMENT (not mandatory)

  • The pre-enrollment can be submitted only if all documents are ready by 14th July 20xx.
  • If not, the university will not approve it.

What is Pre-Enrollment?

It’s the first step of your enrollment (not mandatory).

Documents to upload in DELPHI (and to the University):

  • High school diploma — translated into Italian, legalized by the issuing country
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) — translated into Italian, legalized
  • Declaration of Value (DoV) issued by the Italian Embassy, or
    certificate of validity by ENIC-NARIC / Italian diplomatic representatives (if available)
  • Passport and photo
  • CIMEA Statement of Comparability
  • Admission letter to the Master’s Degree (Tor Vergata)

(High school diplomas, undergraduate or post-secondary certificates, and bachelor’s degrees are also accepted in English.)


đź’» Online Enrollment on Delphi

Question:

Can online enrollment on Delphi be processed without a VISA?

Answer:
Yes.
However, the CIMEA Statement of Comparability is part of the mandatory documentation.


Question:

My fiscal code has changed because of a new passport, and I cannot enroll online. What can I do?

Answer:
You must provide your new official fiscal code (issued by the Embassy or Agenzia delle Entrate in Italy).
You cannot proceed online until then.
Once you have it, visit the International Students Office in person to complete the enrollment.


Question:

I already completed my pre-enrollment. Can I enroll after reaching Italy or online?

Answer:
You can complete the first two steps online following the video tutorial:

Upon arrival in Rome, apply for:

  • Fiscal code and
  • Stay permit within 8 working days.

For support, visit the Welcome Office, Via Cracovia 50.


🛂 AFTER RECEIVING PRE-ENROLLMENT ACCEPTANCE FROM UNIVERSITALY

Question:

What should I do next — VISA application or something else in parallel?

Answer:
You must book an appointment and carry out VISA procedures at the Italian Embassy of your country.


Question:

My VISA is under process. What is the latest date I can travel?

Answer:
According to ministerial procedures, the deadline is November 29, 2024.
Arriving later may result in penalties.


🌍 UNIVERSITALY PRE-ENROLLMENT (mandatory for non-EU applicants)

  • The pre-enrollment application on Universitaly is mandatory only for non-EU applicants not residing in Italy (including those with residence permits from other EU countries).

  • If Italian embassies are not active in your country, you may refer to Italian embassies in third territories.

Mandatory documents to upload on Universitaly:

  • Passport
  • Admission Letter
