Student Ambassadors Program

Dear Students,

We are glad to confirm the return of a successful initiative from the International Area of our University that puts you, the students, front and center: the “Student Ambassadors” Program. This program aims to foster a more integrated student community, provide support and guidance to international students, and help prospective international students through social media and the Unibuddy chat platform. Selected students will become “Student Ambassadors” representing Tor Vergata University of Rome, a great opportunity to develop transferable skills and actively contribute to the life of our University community.

The program involves a weekly commitment for a period of 12 months and will be paid.

Among the skills required:

  • Proficient use of social media networks (Instagram and Facebook)
  • Ability to create a reel/short video
  • Strong communication skills

Selected student ambassadors will receive initial training and ongoing support from the Welcome Office staff.

At the University of Rome Tor Vergata, pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 526 and 527 of Budget Law No. 178 of December 30, 2020, Article 6, paragraphs 1-bis and 1-ter of Legislative Decree No. 45 of April 7, 2025, converted into Law No. 79 of June 5, 2025, and MUR Decree No. 630 of September 10, 2025, a call for applications is being announced to identify non-resident students eligible to receive a contribution towards housing rental costs incurred during the year 2025. The AGEVOLA initiative intends to help the entire Community of the University of Rome Tor Vergata (students, academic and administrative staff, and their families).

Several notifications and announcements are published on agevola.uniroma2.it to inform the Community about agreements and rebates offered on purchases in participating stores and other businesses.

Active Rebate Agreements

To benefit from rebates, one must prove one’s affiliation to Tor Vergata with a badge or any other appropriate document confirming one’s belonging to the university (university booklet “libretto”, university ID card, paycheck).
